1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Memo2Post, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on the Memo2Post service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Content Ownership

All content generated by Memo2Post from your voice memos is owned by you. You retain full intellectual property rights to:

  • All generated LinkedIn posts, blog articles, and newsletters
  • All case studies and other content created from your voice memos
  • Your original voice recordings

You grant Memo2Post a non-exclusive license to use your generated content only for the purposes of providing and improving our service. We do not claim ownership of your generated content and will not use it for any commercial purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Memo2Post in any way that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains defamatory, harassing, abusive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable content
  • Impersonates any person or entity
  • Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Disrupts the normal flow of dialogue or comment in our service
  • Uses the service to generate false, misleading, or fraudulent content

5. Subscription and Billing

Memo2Post operates on a subscription basis. When you subscribe:

  • You will be charged the subscription price indicated for your chosen plan
  • Billing occurs automatically on your subscription start date
  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing information
  • We may change prices with 30 days notice
  • Your subscription continues until you cancel

All prices are in USD unless otherwise indicated. We accept major credit cards and process payments through Stripe.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Memo2Post for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your initial charge and we will refund you completely. No questions asked.

After 30 days, refunds are made on a case-by-case basis. Contact dan@memo2post.com to discuss your situation.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation is effective immediately and you will not be charged for future billing periods.

Upon cancellation, your access to Memo2Post ends, but previously generated content remains accessible to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on Memo2Post are provided on an "as is" basis. Memo2Post makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, Memo2Post does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

9. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Memo2Post or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Memo2Post, even if Memo2Post or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

10. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Memo2Post could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Memo2Post does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Memo2Post may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

11. Modifications and Interruptions

Memo2Post may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

We may interrupt or discontinue the service at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
