Billing Questions
Do you offer annual discounts?â¼
Yes, all annual plans receive a 20% discount compared to monthly pricing. An annual Self Serve plan is $470 (instead of $588), Done With You is $1,430 (instead of $1,788), and Done For You is $3,350 (instead of $4,188).
Can I change plans anytime?â¼
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you will be prorated for the difference. If you downgrade, the credit will apply to your next billing cycle.
What if I do not use all my voice memos?â¼
There is no penalty for not using all your voice memos. Unused memos do not roll over, but you can record whenever you want during your billing period. If you do not record anything, you still have access to your account and previous content.
Is there a setup fee?â¼
No setup fees. You pay just the monthly or annual subscription price. All platform integrations are included at no extra cost.
Do you offer enterprise pricing?â¼
For large teams or agencies, we offer custom pricing. Please contact dan@memo2post.com to discuss your needs.
What payment methods do you accept?â¼
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and process payments through Stripe. Invoicing for annual plans is also available.
What is your refund policy?â¼
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your first charge and we will refund you completely. No questions asked.
